Kleise Rantevou accounts are created or set up outside of the app after a request access process. To request deletion, contact our team using the steps below.
Send us a deletion request
Email us at team@kleise-rantevou.com using the email address connected to your Kleise Rantevou account whenever possible.
Include your account details
Please include your full name, account email address, business name if applicable, and whether you want full account deletion or only specific data deleted.
We verify account ownership
For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting account data or business data.
We process the deletion request
After verification, we will process your request and notify you when the deletion has been completed or if certain data must be retained for legal or security reasons.
What data is deleted or retained
The exact data deleted may depend on your account type, business setup, subscription status, active bookings, and legal requirements.
Data we delete where applicable
- Account profile information, such as name, email address, and phone number where applicable.
- Business profile information connected to your account, such as business name, description, contact details, business hours, services, staff, and availability settings.
- Uploaded business branding content, such as logos, cover images, and staff images where applicable.
- Booking management data connected to your business account, where deletion is legally and technically possible.
- Authentication-related account access data, where deletion is available through our authentication systems.
Data we may need to retain
- Billing, invoice, subscription, tax, payment, refund, or dispute records that we are legally required or permitted to keep.
- Limited technical logs needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, debugging, or compliance.
- Data that has already been anonymized or aggregated and can no longer identify you personally.
- Records required to complete active cancellation, subscription, payment, legal, or compliance obligations.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can request removal of specific data while keeping your Kleise Rantevou account active.

How Kleise Rantevou accounts are created
Kleise Rantevou is a business platform. Users do not create accounts directly inside the app.
Businesses can submit a request access form with their contact and business details. The Kleise Rantevou team reviews the request and creates or sets up the account outside of the app. If you already have an account and want it deleted, please use the deletion request options on this page.
